| 工作描述： |
As a Production Manager, you will be directly responsible for :
? To supervise and control the operation of the department ensuring that production schedules, quality standards, good house-keeping, labor efficiencies, machine utilization and cost standards are maintained.,
? Allocates personnel and production resources according to production plan,
? Manages organization unit assigned, and leads and/or coordinates dedicated management and staff,
? Contributes to and implements productions plans,
? Executes and contributes to implementation of continuous improvements in production processes,
? Keeps budgets as planned and reduces wastes,
? To build upon the culture of continuous improvement, using lean methodologies to deliver ongoing and sustainable improvements in manufacturing performance,
? Experienced in organizing and managing a modern industrial production.
If you have :
? Strong leadership skills,
? Experience in an international manufacturing company,
? A lot of “common sense” coupled with the willingness to thing “out of the box”,
? Good communication capabilities in English(verbal, writing, reading),
? And, last but not least, are willing to grow together with us |
