主要職責：
1. Plan, direct and coordinate all production activities to ensure that the customer orders are processed in time, budget and quality infrastructure
計劃，指導和協調工廠的所有生產活動，以確保客戶訂單在時間，預算和質量基礎設施內得到處理
2. Ensure the product quality compliance with technical and quality standards, policies and goals as well as the customer requirements during the complete production process
確保產品質量在整個生產過程中符合技術和質量標準、政策和目標以及客戶的要求
3. Lead, direct and coordinate a team of employees within the area of responsibility, manage the Review Meeting Process at different production stages
領導，指導和協調負責區域內的員工，管理不同生產階段的評審會議流程
4. Plan and control the production budget within the area of responsibility, ensure the efficient use of the financial resources and well as the proper allocation of costs
計劃和控制職責范圍內的生產預算，確保財務資源的有效利用和成本的合理分配
5. Plan, implement and control the RPS (Rapid Problem Solving)/8D process to ensure that all quality standards are met
計劃、實施和控制RPS(快速問題解決)/8D過程，以確保滿足所有質量標準
6. Define and implement the organizational structure within the area of responsibility, plan and allocate the internal as well as external resources if necessary, continuously evaluate the equipment and methods for the future growth needs
在職責范圍內定義和實施組織結構，必要時計劃和分配內部和外部資源，持續評估設備和方法以滿足未來增長需求
7. Plan, implement and control the production steps and deadlines, conduct the first-part inspection tests in case of modifications
計劃、實施和控制生產步驟和生產期限，如有修改，進行第一部分檢驗測試
8. Ensure that the machine capacities are optimally planned and used, ensure the technical reliability and maintenance of the machines, equipment and tools
確保機器能力得到最佳的規劃和使用，確保機器、設備和工具的技術可靠性和維護
9. Control the Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) Process to ensure that the process performance contributes to improving the business performance
控制全面生產維護(TPM)過程，以確保過程績效有助于提高業務績效
10. Initiate procedures for the continuous process improvement and optimization, ensure the increase in efficiency through the REFA process, provide recommendations and implement projects on the cycle times and product quality
啟動持續的工藝改進和優化程序，確保通過REFA工藝提高效率，就周期時間和產品質量提供建議并實施項目
11. Ensure that all documentation as regards the production activities and facilities are available and up-to-date

12. Control the Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) (operating rate, performance rate and quality rate) to examine the overall production performance

13. Manage the plant and machine safety and ensure that all safety requirements are met, ensure compliance with the environmental policies

14. Ensure the employees′ safety and proper working conditions by conducting health management events/workshops and audits, conduct the safety audits

1. University degree in Engineering or relevant field of technical or business education

2. At least 5 years related working experience in auto industry filed

3. Good technical knowledge of products
